Lancaster County Courthouse Set on Fire!

According to officials, an arsonist set the building on fire in the early hours of Monday morning. The courthouse was built in 1828 and was designed by Robert Mills, who also designed Lancaster’s historic jail and had a hand in designing the Washington Monument. The fire was concentrated on the second floor, so the courthouse will be conducting business as usual with a little rearranging.
