If you write a contract to purchase a “new” or “resale” home in Sun City Carolina Lakes between January 1, 2014 and August 30, 2014 using The Clair Team as your buyer’s agent you will be eligible to participate in our Client Appreciation Contest. A random drawing will be held the first week in September and all eligible participants will be notified. Prizes must be redeemed with the Loving Group (not The Clair Team) by December 31, 2014. You must comply with HOA Rules and Regulations as well as The Loving Groups scheduling. Additional restrictions may apply based on your home/lot.
