Trick or Treat! The Fort Mill Fall Festival is fun and safe for Goblins and Ghouls of all ages. The street is closed off to traffic so children can Trick-or-Treat up and down Main Street. Most downtown merchants stay open late and pass out treats to the children. There is a costume contest for children up to 12 years old.
