You have seen the mounds of dirt piled high for months on Sun City Blvd. Approximately 50 lots will be opened to the public on October 23. If you want a choice lot, it is our understanding sealed bids will be taken from October 16 until October 22 and the drawings will take place after 5:00 PM on Friday October 22. There will be minimum bids and the highest bid will get the lot of choice. Contracts signed this month will be completed in April.
