The last 3 months in Sun City (July, August, Sept.) we are averaging four (4) resales a month. With an average of 40 single-family homes on the market the last three months, you can calculate that Sun City has approximately a 10-month inventory of single-family homes.
October – Lowest Inventory in Months!
Good News! Based on the “resales” currently under contract, we expect the single-family home inventory in Sun City Carolina Lakes to be the lowest it has been in several months. We are anticipating October to be a good month for sellers.
