Residents make Sun City what it is!!

Pulte builds the houses, but the residents create the community. Almost every day we are showing potential buyers their options— resale or new. We are usually with them for hours, and we spend very little time talking specifically about the “house.” We watch residents playing tennis, pickle ball, or bocce, or just walking. We talk about the Yacht Club and the Woodworker’s Club. If we have a client who plays softball, we brag about the softball league! Everyone is impressed with the Lakehouse!
Below are the comments from a future resident. Joe and his wife, Jean, recently purchased a home in Sun City. They talked more about the community and the people than the “house” they just purchased. Joe is ready to move in:

Sales continue to do well! May has been a busy month for “resales.” There were six
(6) new contracts, and 13 closed this month. These are very good numbers. For detailed information, come by and see us at the Real Estate Store. May has been a busy month for Pulte as well. Their sales have been brisk! Earlier this month, they made several new announcements:
New Options – Several new “optional upgrades” will be available when purchasing a new home. Check out the models!
Two new model homes are now available.
Pod X (across from the Golf Club House) – Summit home lots will be released for sale on June 10! Only 23 home sites available (4-5 basement lots).
Pod E (phase 5) – Upon completion approx. 84 River home lots will be sold in this phase. Lots are available now.
Future locations –You have probably watched the bulldozers clearing land and moving earth in several places. They are clearing lots for Summits in the front and for Villas near the driving range. More details will follow.

Sun City Carolina Lakes continues to grow, and we feel blessed that we have helped many new residents move into this great community. Some of our clients buy “resales,” and some clients purchase “new construction.” It’s not hard to sell a community that you believe in and reside in.
