The Pickle Ball Club at Sun City Carolina Lakes donated $5,545 to Hidden Wounds from its Veterans Day Pickle Ball Tournament. Hidden Wounds is an organization that provides emergency services to returning soldiers. The club also donated $200 to the Indian Land Rescue Squad. The check was presented to Helen Ortega, who is a paramedic and a resident of Sun City.
