TreeTops by Lennar opened in March of 2016, just a couple of miles from Sun City Carolina Lakes. It is a gated, 55+ community, and will have around 800 homes. Potential buyers are drawn to Lennar’s business model “Everything’s Included” and a community designed around nature.
