Over the past year while the housing market has been sluggish nationwide, the Charlotte market has been fairly moderate. But in Charlotte’s bedroom communities, the market continues to grow, especially south of the city.  

A quick drive down Route 160 and you’ll see a banner on the back of a homeowners fence that says “move2indianland.com” and you might also notice this website on cars driving in the area. Indian Land is not an official city so sellers in Sun City Carolina Lakes and surrounding communities are trying some very creative tactics to spread the word about this up-and-coming community!
