“The Second Amenity at Sun City Carolina Lakes is designed to bring a new venue and activity to the overall community, it also provides the additional space our residents have been asking for. For instance, the new ballroom in the second amenity is roughly twice the size of the existing ballroom in the current amenity center – The Lake House. The new ballroom will seat approximately 300 people in banquet style seating and will accommodate approximately 500 people in lecture style seating. The second amenity, will also feature an open-sided ramada structure of approximately 2400 square feet. The Park Pavilion includes a large patio overlooking the golf course and offers residents the flexibility of staging indoor and outdoor social events simultaneously. The project is being designed in the architectural style embodied by the Lake House facility.”
