The Grand Opening for Carolina Orchards will be in March! Carolina Orchards is the newest Del Webb community. It will be located in Fort Mill, SC, about 15 minutes away from Sun City Carolina Lakes. It will be about a fourth of the size of Carolina Lakes, with about 800 homes. The amenities will be similar but on a smaller scale. Carolina Orchards will not have a golf course but it will have a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, ballroom, aerobics area, tennis courts, pickle ball, a fire-pit, dog park, walking trails and a tot-lot.
